I ordered a cake for my mom , a day before her birthday to be delivered to a city in Gujarat and had selected a specific time for delivery . The item wasnt delivered in time so started chasing and was told it will be delivered in 10 minutes for 5 hrs and they started talking back and yelling and when asked about their professionalism they hang up on me . with no sense of apology … As a paid customer if the delivery wasnt done in time i asked for an update and they were clueless of the order and started blaming the world. !!!

Anyways very poor customer service and the monkeys attending to the customer calls needs to be trained before they are allowed to take calls ,

If these are a bunch of some family c**ts running the business !! better off close your business and go learn from street hawkers on customer services !!!

Pretty pathetic ! Stay away from them i have dealt with many online vendors these guys are hopeless and not efficient to run this business. Atleast spend some money get some trained monkeys on the phone you filthy business owners ! .
