I had place dthe order online from the given wesite but I have received totally different saree cloth (some low quality roadside stuff). When I received the order from weshyp delhivery air express, they made me sign the document and took the payment first before handing me over the product. The delivery guy made me talk to the concerned person from weshyp delhivery air express, on phone and they denied taking back the parceland returning mre my payment when I checked thatit was not what I orderd. I am unable to apply for a return from the website as there is no option and the help center and contact details are not provided on he website. Therefore, I request you to guide me through this mess.
