Fraud call received and and 8 had paid 1947 rupees

Sir i had got a call asking me to register on job portal after that they provide a link on my mail and i had done a payment of rs 1947. After when i logged in on my job portal site no payment was receive..so plz look after this matter and give the suggestion how could i recover this
