Dear Sir,

My Self Sanjay Kumar from Sohna Gurgaon (Gurugram) Haryana Pin code – 122103. I have account in Punjab National Bank Barakhamba Road New Delhi Branch.I went to Ratnakar Bank Limited ATM Sohna on dated 10.05.2017 Morning time 8:34 AM to withdraw ruppee 4000/- but ruppees received only 2500/- and 4000/- balance deducted from the account. i was surprised as there was no body with me in ATM room. Suddenly i waive my hand towards camera so that CCTV can record that i have only received 2500/- insteed of 4000. after that i complaint PNB branch and customer care also but nobody help me and reject my complaint. Complaint no is M095862663 & M095861788. Please sir look into the matter. i also have pics of slip and currency which were withdrawled. i can provide u the same when needed.
