I booked a 2 BHK flat in Mayagarden City on Ambala Chandigarh Highway which is so called the best project of Barnala Builders, However they have cheated me by changing the contract documents in the interim, further they gave a document on stamp paper wherein it is clearly mention that we are ready to take payment in construction linked plan. Now when they are going to start the possession they are asking for the ineterest amount.
Mayagarden has a very bad track record in managing Phase I & II Project in VIP Road and now they have cheated majority of customers in last 3 – 4 years.
Its not Maya Garden City – It is actually Fraud Garden City.
