I have ordered an inverter with a battery. They have not delivered it. When I call customer care they are telling it’s not their job to deliver product. The local dealer whose number they have given is telling the product is not available so you should ask for refund from the luminous website from where I have booked the product. But nobody is picking up the contact number given in the sight. And if I go for refund option in the sight they will deduct 10% of my money which is unfair as they don’t have the product, it’s non of my fault. I should get my full refund back.
