Pratibha Industries Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I have FD No.2058 for Rs.40000 with M/s Pratibha Industries Ltd. which has been surrendered for repayment before maturity date (16th October 2015). But still the company has not repaid the principal amount. I shall be obliged if thie forum could help me in getting early release of the payment. I have also made written complaints to the company and Company Law Board (CLB) for intervention besides making personal visits to the company’s office several times.
