Hi, SOLD A DEFECTIVE A7 PHONE BY SAMSUNG COMPANY Got damaged within 7 days of purchase. I got the newA7 phone from CROMA, placed a screen Guard over the screen started using it after 1 day. First Volume was keep on going down, ( thought may be i don””t know to use it). After using it for 4 to 5 days placed the phone on the table after some time when tried to switch on the phone, phone was not working. When given to SAMSUNG SERVICE, they said its screen got damaged, (thought ok may be my fault ) and asked them to service the mobile . They said some inner liquid filling happened and they need 19000 to repair the phone. (The cost of the phone is around 26 thousand.) I have some questions Phone had a strong screen and over it screen guard was there then how is it possible for the phone to get damage? They said it’s only the screen got damaged in beginning but when asked for service they said inner portion got damaged. How is that possible? When phone is not used for more than a week and the usage is less than a week? How is it possible to get damage? Is the manufacturing product QUALITY of SAMSUNUG is that much low?????????? I am using SAMSUNUG mobile from past 7 years and this is the first time i am facing this much problem and it upsets a customer like me . Waiting for faster response. Thank you NIRMAL
