This is regarding my purchase of Cross tainrt and trademill at THE BIKE store alambagh LUCKNOW wnd i had made the full payment and he promised to deliver the goods by transport at my hometown Hardoi with of approx Rs.500 but after few days they declined and told that the product can not be delivered by transport and it will be delivered by small transport velicle. And after 1 month they reached our home with the product with alot of scratches on it . And we refused to accept the same . And they damanded fare of Rs 2000 but we have not gave any amount . And thereafter its being 1.5 months they are unable to deliver the product and when i asked fr my payment they are saying they will return the money after deducting 2000. Very poor service and management. Please look.
