Hi I’m Amit mehta,I have purchased a insurance for my iPhone 5s from one assist. On 24.2.17 i,i was drinking water ,accidently some water fell on my phone ,i tried to protect my phone but i dont think i could .it started behaving abnormally. touch not working as per command ,randomally preforming.i visited iphone service centre,but they said its a liquid damage,touch is damaged , its behaving abnormally ,we want see sms,contacts comes in.i wanna call some 1 i cant ,i wanna watsapp some1 i cant,it randomaly move on its own Then I contacted oneassist and they said to register claim online So I did it on 25.2.17 All documents were submitted by me within their timelimt Satisfied with my documents they collected my cellphone I was promised for service cellphone but they did provided me tat After lots of follow up On 3.4.17 they denied my claim by saying tat insurance company have rejected the claim by giving below reason EXCLUSION 10 – Loss or damage caused by incorrect storage, wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property.) Then I asked some questions and queries they didn’t answered and returned my phone on 8.4.17
