i registred my mother’s pan card on 28.02.2017,i done payment transaction of 117rs ,but i have not recived token number,when i called to their customer care excutive,they suggest me to send all the details on their email id,i sent my all the details on 02.03.2017,& 03.03.2017,after 20 days i maked call to their customer care excutive about my retund,they told me that refund will come in ur account with in 48-72 hours,from till date to now when ever i am calling to them ,they are telling we will refund soon,but still there is any process,here i am attaching my all details,thank u
