I searched mobile on eBay .On details and got the no. Of the seller there was written that for more details please call 9952213923. I called him . He told that sir you can buy directly from and u will get extra 4000 off. They sent a parcel and it was returned by the courier. On asking them he told that cod is not available for more than 20000 by courier. If you pay 20000 initially then rest 20000 on COD. SO I transferred 20000 on his account through paytm. After that he stopped responding calls, whatsapp and message . I paid 20000 on 29 March. Plz help me
