I have purchased a new refrigarator of videocon V Z 205 PTCRP-FDA/ 190 ltr Ref.. RED POINT FLOWER. Total cost worth 14500 from Dhakuria Great eastern address 19/2Gariahat Road south …kol.700031. From the very first day it was not even running and after several complain they send service man today and found that there were no gas puttn inside and and it has been almost 8days passed i could not use it. Yesterday one person has came name mr.Vijoy Das from Videocon and see my problem and given me a form where i have written to replace the product but he send only two person today to repiar the thing and not given me the replacement. Now am wondering if its still not run then this will be off no use and my heard earnt money will gone waste. I buy it on 31st March and 4th it has been delivered and after calling them almost 12 times one representative has came to install it and after that its found that there ia no gas inside to start up the thing..which is very unfortunate. Because this is feeling very uncomfortable in this heavy summer weather.. We request you to look up in this matter and take a step so that i can get an immidiate replacement and a new product.
