I had bought a Blue Rajai from Panna Art Palace. It was told by the seller that no extra charges will be taken to post the article to an address in case I do a full payment. Hence I paid the entire amount , but when I had to take the delivery I had to pay an extra amount of Rs. 210. When I called back the shop, it was told to me that the manager will solve the matter. But the manager never came on the call niether there was a call back. Could I get the amount of Rs.210 back as it was guaranteed by the seller that there will be no extra charges?
