I tried booking testmatch (Ind-Bangladesh) tickets from bcci where i was redirected to events now day-1 page.
There was a bug in the booking page, where it is allowing to book for the day-1 which is already over.
The transaction was done (Booking ID# 219217) and an amount of 478.20 is deducted from my account.

When i coordinated with customer support, they accepted the bug and assured that money will be refunded. I received a message for this. On 11-Feb-2017 i received a mail from eventsnow with subject – “eventsnow.com – Payment Success Acknowledgement :: 68164289” but money was not yet refunded.(Merchant Reference Number : 219217)
I didn’t even get reply from them when i’m sending mail to them.
