VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order, it arrived on the said date, however it was missing 3 items. It was impossible to reach they customer support line so I emailed them with the details of the missing items and they replied that one of the items was no longer available, so they would refund me for it. But I had received the item they said was no longer available. I tried calling them, it was impossible to get through by phone, so I emailed them again giving them again the detail of the 3 missing items. They replied saying the item was no longer available so they would refund me for it, referring again to the item I already had received, and said they had shipped the remaining items. At this point, I didn’t know which two items they had sent, so I waited for the package, which thankfully arrived quickly. I tried calling them, again without success. My boyfriend called them from Delhi, whoever spoke to him said they would resolve the issue and I would receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. No one ever followed up and when I emailed them, they refused to send the missing item, although it is in their inventory. They said they would refund me, yet they did not return my money. They closed my ticket before it was even solved. I complained, received a message saying they were escalating the issue. But no one followed up on it of course. And that’s without talking about the low quality of the items I received. Don’t rely on the pictures. DON’T TRUST THEM.
