hi

I ordered for double layered silver wax beads necklace. The one I got is totally wrong product. I received single layered necklace which lower in cost. My product is Rs 3800 cost and the one which was delivered is Rs 2800 in cost.

I reached out to customer support and sorry to say its very slow in response. Last two days they are asking me send images, details etc and there is no action.

Pathetic experience, please dont buy anything from this site.
