I have ordered a Samsung combo pack mobile & I have got the phone now but now when we see the phone is not of Samsung company rather a Duplicate phone or should I say a “China phone” ..The Charger is also broken . The phone is defective,The China phone …and now when we are calling the company they are phone numbers are switched off.. So I want my money back.. & return this worthless, useless,rubbish product ….Please kindly help….this company is “FAKE”….My order no is- STL192819..shipment no-JWH115522143..
We have not received any email or msg frm the company’s website when we have placed an order..But suddenly we get a call from the delivery boy & he comes and give the phone..Or should I say a daaba phone….I just want my money back… Fast…

i ordered f1 redmi note 4. i didnt get my order no and my money is debited from my account. this is not at all fair how can this rascals can play with the people. i am really surprised when i got to know that this is happening in the same way with many people from 3 yrs but any of them didnt tried to take action about this issue. its really very disgusting. i really feel that its dhamaal.com’s responsibility to return back the money to the people.
