I had applied PAN card for my minor daughter Vanya Parolia on 25th Apr 2016. ApplyPANIndia provided coupon no but they wrongly applied for my son

instead of my daughter. I had already provided Aadhar card and date of birth certificate as they requested & now they are asking for additional ID proof !!!

Now I have given Passport details as well for my minor daughter apart from Aadhar card & birth certificate..still no response…not sure what else is required.
