I complained for reinstallation for my dish where in Mr. Sunil Chagan -+919222226223 denied for relocating it because as per their identification dish has placed at some risky place, but I want to ask, why have their technician drilled the dish at a risky place where they are feeling risky to take it out.And how can they say that I have to buy a new dish if I have to reinstall. This is not my fault and I have not asked technician to drill at that place,by doing this they are harassing innocent customers.
Always their technicians do inspection validation before installation, and obviously they should be following some protocol led by their company.
Being a customer I am just looking for a solution from their end.
