I am using postpaid number which I have changed from Vodafone to Aircel on 06-04-2016 have got message from Aircel that I have due amount (Rs. 274) in previous network so outgoing will be barred if it not paid. On 07-04-2016 I got my outing barried.

I tried to pay my bill amount through Vodafone site but it ignored my number is not belong to there network.

Later I went to Vodafone store on 09-04-2016 and made payment of my due amount and went to Aircel Store.

I have explained the detail and showed the INVOICE copy of payment of due amount in previous to the Aircel exicutive.
Then they said there were been server issue from morning so it not possible to release my outgoing.

Then I contact Aircel Customer Care and explained the same and I asked how to make an emergency contact in this stuation.
They repeatedly said only Sorry Sir there was an server issue we cant do anything. This was made be so sad that I couln’t able to make a call even after making my payments.

Later I went to Aircel head office(Splencer Plaza) on 11-04-2016. They Immediatly released my outgoing.

There were no proper information regard the outgoing barring
There were charging money for the four days which I have not made a out going call.

I have raised complain and asked for refund there were no reply for refund.
