Ordered a saree of 700 rs. After all discounts. The product delivered was poor quality not worth of 200 rs. Also. Though the reverse pick-up was arranged within two days have not refund the amount for two months now. I have been told stories that it must be picked up by other vendor from you and no pick-up received by them. They are asking for reverse pick-up receipt that was never given to me. Btw it was not communicated in advance of any such receipt, only when I am asking for refund I have been asked to produce such reverse pick-up receipt.
Customer support is pathetic. Not bothered to call you and when you call min. wait time is 5 mins. Once phone got disconnected, but then not bothered to call back.
Will never order from Voonik however hopeful that this gets refunded.

  2. I had ordered a dress,but i didn’t like the product. So I returned it,and asked them to refund my money in my bank account. They took the product and sent a messgae that it is in my voonik credit. But there was not. Since 6days I have been trying to call them. No response. Even they are not receiving the call. I am really unhappy. My ₹1548 is wasted i guess. Am never gonna buy anything from voonik. Worst experience of online shopping.

  3. Voonik didnt refund money.i have given my prdouct back bt still now they have not send my money back.and when i call customer service they cut my phne or didnt recieving.its a fake.
