Sub: Faulty Design and Illegal Practices

I purchased a flat in CBDL- RVRG project in Hyderabad. The stated Developer/Builder promised many aspects pertaining to the project in terms of quality and timely delivery- the stated tower was supposed to be delivered by November 2014, and as customers we are allready under immense financial pressure because of the callousness and unprofessional and unethical behavior of the team. Secondly, the Developer has undertaken many changes in the designs in the project without the approval from the customers and GHMC, for ex. the water pipelines are passing through the flats, which we believe is a faulty design and prone to pipe bursts in India. We believe that the Developer/Builder has not even taken any permission either from GHMC or from the owners of the flat for the same.

So i kindly request you to take appropriate steps and stringent action and steps against the erring Developer as soon as possible.
