Hi My T.V had power problem, on contacting Videocon service centre they assign Zen Tech Services to repair my T.V, initially when the T.V was collected from me they said they will be returning it to me in 3 days, now its been more then 3 months they haven’t returned my T.V. Every time i call them they tell in next 2 day you will get your T.V. On calling videocon service centre customer care number they keeps on saying the engg/technician will call you in 5 min, but technician has never given me a call, the T.V was collected from me on 15 dec 2015. phone number of Zen tech Services is 08032965558.
