I placed an order (Order no: 145068369.). The payment was immediately deducted from my Paytm account but I did not receive any email notification for the order. I made at least half a dozen calls to Sendmygift.
I have already registered a complaint previously (i.e. ticket no. 123489). kindly take some strict actions against this site,asap. As from your complaint panel i got to know many more complaints.

This is my worst ever experience of poor customer service and these guys should be sued and barred from fooling the customers.
