I am writing this letter to you after experiencing an entirely distasteful and unprofessional behaviour,
which has been met out to me. The unprofessionalism by motorola service centre staff, unavailability of parts at service centre
and delay in delivering the parts of the phone from motorola to service centre
elevates the fact that their after sale services are undoubtedly the worst thing a customer can even think of.
The entire Facts and Events as under:

Problem: Voice not audible to the caller during call.
Submission date :6 Feb 2016
Service Centre: RG Technical India Pvt. Ltd. Koramangala Bangalore
Response from Service Centre: Software issue will take two days and Hardware issue if any will be informed
and corrected within in a week time for which information will be provided prior by call or mail.
But Even after two weeks there was no information by any means.
After enquiring it was informed that mother board needs to be replaced and there is delay from company side.
When this issue was escalated to online motorola customer support, the Complaint was escalated with Number(160220017389).
But still there was no progress sign and time limit of the escalation exceeded from 24-48 hours,
in which customer has to receive call regarding the issue from higher authority or any action needs to be taken.
Rather the response from the team was “Mam if you didn’t got the call you need to wait further for BLA BLA reasons””.
If these are the convenient ways according to the company to get our issues resolved then i don’t think there is any further need to explain the fact.
2) 25 Feb 2016 : I got a call saying that mother board is replaced and phone can be collected from the service centre.
But to my surprise at maximum pace also when voice was so low ,
the technicians and staff claimed it to be maximum, which even a layman can even identify was not.
Finally one of the technician, after some checks agreed upon the fact that voice received to the caller is not clear and speakers needs to be replaced.
For which again they asked out for 4 days because of unavailability of the speakers at the spot.
Due to company’s gross negligence and irresponsible behaviour from staff, i would never suggest this brand to anyone.
Already i have suffered a lot and lost all my hopes of getting back my phone back in workable condition which was bought just 3-4 months back.
Therefore i need a FORMAL APOLOGY and motorola is liable to reimburse the same amount or replace the phone as soon as possible without fail.
