I bought a Phone from this website. It showed 7-9 days delivery time.even after 15-20 days we did not receive the phone. Every day we used to call them. They everyday used to give some or the other excuse. Finally they said one day that the product has got some problem and so they cannot send the product and so they will refund back the money. they sent us a link for refunding the payment, but when we properly read it, We got to know that we were being cheated again as the refund link was act the payment link and we were about to pay the amount again to the website.As soon as we got to know that we were being cheated we called the company and complained the same. they apologised for the same and asked us to wait for a day or two to get back the refund.But after a day or two their contact numbers which are on the website, All the phones are switched off.
