I booked 3BHK flat in SBP homes3 project in july 2011 with expected possession date of March 2013.
Even after 3 years of delay, there is no possession. Seeing the actual status, it seems that the actual possession will take another 6 months at least.

This whole group is a big fraud. Do not go by the brochure layout. The actual project is divided in 2 boundaries and public street in between. All the contractual construction staff at site says bad words about the builders. Moreover there is no communication from builder to any home buyer about the updates.
