I have invested in the following properties since 2012:

Max Sadana, plot no. 9 on 12/5/2012

Two plots in Max Residency, plot no. 1453 & 1452 on 12/5/2012 & 3/8/2012 respectively and

Max Nandana, plot no. 67 on 23/7/2014.

Unfortunately none of the above developments were acquired by Maxworth till date, which could be registered and the concerned staffs keep changing.

When we came down to your office on during August 2015, both your Vice President Mr. Mathew & Chairman Mr. Kesava accepted that, they were unable to purchase those lands and instead requested us to buy any plots from their upcoming Dharani Project. Please find attached letter showing the booking form for plot nos. 95 & 106.

As promised, I have not received the allotment letter, nobody is responding to my numerous mails to VP & Chairman. I keep making calls effortlessly from Dubai.but not able to reach your concerned management.

Finally, once when your VP responded to my call, he says They have problems with Dharani projects and once again redirecting me to Max Residency project.

Could anyone concerned please look into this matter and get back to me, please.
