I bought micromax yuphoria in october 2015 and it went completely dead after two months. I complaint to custemer care and they generated a waybill number on 25 of dec saying that your phone will be replaced after 15 days. Today its 18 feb 2016 and till now there is no response from them and they keep on saying every time i call that it will take just one more week.

I think micromax is a genuine company but with their YU logo they are making fool of people. I searched many online complaints regarding their YU products.
