I bought an Insurance Policy from Oneassist for my iPhone6, by paying a hefty insurance premium. And later, The phone was damaged and i raised a claim request on 4th December, 2015. This damage was covered by the policy, and they had claimed 30 days replacement. Its been more than a month now and yet there is no update on the phone replacement. The courtesy handset they provided, is not in a working condition at all. Each time, a new executive picks the phone on their customer care number (080-80333333) and i have been made to narrate the same story over and over again. Each call lasts for more than 30-45 minutes, with no productive outcome at all. Initially, they claimed have not received my email sent to [email protected] for more than 10 days, i had to resend it more than 10 times for them to finally accept the documents. Now for the past 12 days, they are claiming that the decision is pending from the Insurance partner. And they have no clue about when the same would be completed.
