Have ordered for a driving simulator on 17th of October 2015 and Deepak Nair from the company and till today ( 15th Feb 2016) haven’t received the same.

Have tried calling him and support team a lot of time but there is no response from them.I have paid 75k in advance through check.I want to escalate this to consumer court

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
