It’s a cheat and fraud case and the complaint I am raising against IG Noukri.
In the month of June 2015 after getting a call from IG Noukri, I got trapped by the assurance given by them to get the job in max 3 months through their paid recruitment service. Since then 7 months have passed and no progress has been made. Not a single interview they could arrange.

As said above it was a paid recruitment process I was asked to pay for their service. On 4th June 2015 and 25 June 2015, the call started and step by step they kept on demanding money (charges + service tax) at every step. I was compelled to pay Rs. 51,265 including service taxes. Payment was made through online transactions using my ICICI bank debit card and IndusInd bank credit card.
After losing all trust I went on to ask back for the refund in the month of November (week of 23 November). For this they agreed to refund my money back by 22 December through their official mail id [email protected].

I had the last conversation with Kamal on 22 Dec and during the call he had assured of refund by 4.30 PM. But no refund was made and after 6 pm on 22 December I am not getting connected with any of their phone numbers. All phone numbers are switched off now
