I got a call from shoponindia.com on 13 jan 2016 and they were offering a good deal of products
If i pay Rs.14999 i can select one laptop from the model list given below.
• HP PAVILION 15-R007TX LAPTOP
• DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK (5TH GEN CI5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ WIN8.1) (X560331IN9)
So i selected DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK (5TH GEN CI5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ WIN8.1) (X560331IN9) and they said i will get a combo free with this. combo were consisting of the below items.
• Bombay Dying Bed Sheets
• Power Bank
• Electric Kettle
• Trolley Bag
I paid Rs.14999.
Just after the payment. i got an acknowledgement as a email.same as below

Just after this, they said that there is a surprised gift of electronics items which is free of cost ,which can be selected from the list.Which was mentioned laplop, camera, home theatre, mobile phones etc.
I selected a nikon camera with the model number given below.
NIKON D5500 DX-FORMAT DIGITAL SLR W/ 18-55MM VR II KIT (BLACK).
Then they told, you must pay Rs.9999 to get international warranty for the camera and laptop. And i paid Rs.999 first and then Rs.9000. Just after the payment i got acknowledgement for the payment as shown below.

Then they told that the items( laptop(DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK), camera(NIKON D5500 DX-FORMAT DIGITAL SLR W/ 18-55MM VR II KIT) & combo) will be delivered in 3 working days.
But from the day i ordered i am calling to their office to know about the status of the ordered items. And then i got a mail from you as shown below.

I got tracking id for the products and they said that the items laptop(DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK), camera(NIKON D5500 DX-FORMAT DIGITAL SLR W/ 18-55MM VR II KIT in tracking id NDA3552382) and the combo products are in tracking id NDA3552383 is couriered by professional courier Shop No. 3,Noida, Sector 58 –
And they gave a phone number of professional courier person called Daya shanker 09873350620.
When i called him , he said all items are dispacthed. then i checked in professional courier website with the tracking ids and found that only 1 tracking id(NDA3552383)is showing the status as dispatched on 18 jan 2016.but i got the tracking id on 16th jan 2016. the other tracking id is showing as error.
So i called proffessional courier noida office manager(phone number: 08745017393) to know about the products and the tracking id. Then he said that only one product they got and that they dispatched with tracking id NDA3552383. and told me to please contact shop on india for the other tracking id they have given.
And i called to shop on india on 19 Jan 2016 and talked with a person called Kabeer and he said that laptop(DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK) and camera(NIKON D5500 DX-FORMAT DIGITAL SLR W/ 18-55MM VR II KIT) in tracking id NDA3552382) have not been dispatched yet. After we receive the combo products and the membership then only they will send our actual product laptop and camera.
But they told us all these days that they have send all the products with these two tracking ids.
We are not going to receive combo items which they have send without receiving our piad items(laptop(DELL INSPIRON 3543 NOTEBOOK) and camera(NIKON D5500 DX-FORMAT DIGITAL SLR W/ 18-55MM VR II KIT).
We paid total Rs.24998 for our products. they have not send our laptop and camera still.
so we do not want this deal(any of their items).
Need refund of our paid amount of Rs.24998.
