I have ordered a lehenga from voonik order no R702831671. I paid online But there is not any confirmation message or mail from the site member.they even hadn’t message the delivery date by which courier service. Not good service to the customer. I am totally upset

We are sorry , that we had to cancel your order. There is a gap of 30 mins between your order placing time and seller processing time . Unfortunately, since this “Dhuvi newsemi-stiched Lehengas(2787681)” is much in demand, it got sold out. We tried to arrange fresh stocks , but it is taking a lot time. So we have cancelled the order and refunded the amount.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account and we have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- as an token of apology for cancelling the order.You can check out the new collection now or we will reach out as soon as the product comes back in stock.
