SATURDAY SUNDAY MEDIA INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED – Received damaged and duplicate products refund requested no response

Greetings!!

I had booked a Ray ban google through website www.bookmyoffer.com via Order no 080467761837125. After opening the parcel i found out that the case containing the goggle was badly damaged and the goggle had also scratches on it. I also noticed that the goggle is not an original Ray Ban goggle. I call up immediately on the customer care no and informed them verbally about the facts. They asked me to mail them the details and the snaps of the casing and the damaged product received. After forwarding the details on the email id i.e. [email protected], i started following up but all in vain, no communication or information is still available as to when my amount will be refunded.
