mobikwik – twice done fraud

sir mobikwik have cheated me twice once on 21 jan 2016 they haven’t done my recharge and when asked they privide me with operator id that vodafone doesn’t recognized and
another on 21 jan 2015 i was on my way to do transaction to bookmyshow.com where when i had done transaction of 345 Rs the money was didn’t appeared on my wallet thing of which the money will appear later i again later added money of 346 rs in my wallet and successfully done the transaction but the 1st transaction money didn’t appear till now i still have proof in my netbaking statement that the transaction was done plz close this site and make sure no other people are cheated
