I have ordered collection of 4-100% kurties XXL size from Voonik vide order no R317672235 on 24-12-15. The was delivered me large size kurties. Hence the parcel was returned to Home shop 18 as per telephonic guidance given by Voonik call centre on 05-01-16 by professional courier for which I have paid Rs 250/-. The parcel was delivered on 11-01-16. My complaint is that Voonik neither provide XXL size kurties nor refund me Rs 1318. +250/- I am in very thence. Help me in this matter for obention of compensation Rs 20000/- + Rs 1568/- from Voonik online company
