I have ordered one dell laptop from Snapdeal. My order no. is 8748081440. But they give me another configuration laptop. I tried to replacement of it since 10 October 2015 but they are not replace it. It is 3 and half month go. Now from last 1 month i am using that laptop. But now they are called that we are not accept used product.
