I Have ordered Easy Mop/481828538_www on 11th Dec, 2015, its payment processed through net banking Rs. 678 (From ICICI Bank) and transaction no. is 0881045479,
as per ShopClues, order has not process successfully.
I received confirmation from my bank (ICICI Bank, Pune) that, transaction (No. 00881045479) amount Rs. 678 is successfully transferred to ShopClues account through Pay U mediator wide transaction no. 481828538.
And it was transferred to Shopclues account with transaction no. 77865821 (Shop Clues Trans. ID)
ShopClues stating that, the payment has been failed/abandoned from the payment gateway and not received by us.
