I Ashish Gangadhar Atey , Working in ONGC Mumbai And living in ONGC colony, kalundre Panvel had booked a flat at Golden empress in Derivali village Panvel(dist Raigad), project by Sairaj Constructions and builders(Pro. Hanumant Chavhan ) 11 floor , real tech park near vashi railway station ,vashi navi Mumbai , through Vijaya Homes Agent (ARJUN mob-9768768899) on dated 18/02/2014 with a booking amount of Rs 1,11,111/- and subsequently Rs 1,88,889/- on 13/3/2014 and Rs.7,00,000 on dated 13.03.2014 (total 10,00,000 cheque payment))as a initial amount .

He promised to start the work after 2014 Diwali but till date the work has not been started on the site. So on dated 26/09/2015 I had cancelled the flat (application attached). And Hanumant chavhan(Prop. Sairaj Consturction) promised to refund the amount in one month but after visiting his office after one month he told me that he does not have money to refund and it will take another three months to refund so he had given 15 jan 2016 to give entire refund, and when I called Hanumant chavhan on 15 jan 2016 ,he did not picked my call and I had received a call from his office stating that Hanumant chavhan needs three more months to refund the amount , meanwhile he has given three cheaque of Rs 7,00,000,1,88,889,and 1,11,111 of IDBI bank and same is bounced(copy of bank a/c is attached).

This is not only case with me there are many people of different projects are facing the same problem with Hanumant Chavhan. He has cheated many people and he has no intention to refund the money. plz help me ………………………..
