Snapdeal.com/WD My Passport Ultra 2TB Portable External Hard Drive (Blue)

Received wrong product and after replacement also received same product and now I am returing the product but they are not refunding also.

I placed a order no. – 10912552367 ( Sub order no.- 13941534123) for a product Name is WD my passport ultra 2TB portable external hard drive ( blue), model no. – Wdbmwv0020bbl from snapdeal.com by 2nd January 2016 after that I received the item by 5th January 2016 but the product was different with the different model no.- wdbbkd0020bbk. Then I requested to snapdeal.com on same day to replace the product. After that they picked up the product on 8th January 2016 but after that I also received the Same product as previous again on 12th January 2016. Then I again requested to snapdeal.com for return the product and to refund the money. I called also on there customer care no. 9212692126 and given all the details to them by email but they are not giving any response to me after the continues follow up and reminders ( Return ticket I’d is 17882643and complaint ticket I’d is 18190215) and also they are not refunding the money nor giving me the correct product after the replacement. I have all the details and proof for this matter, if required please contact us on undersigned contact no. Please look in to this matter.
