I have ordered two leather jackets for 8K in this shop on December 4th and he gave me a word saying he would deliver me on 12 or 15th of december but till now he didn’t deliver the product , the way they speak with customer is very worst , while taking the order they are so sweet , they provide a number to check the status with them which phone would be switched off many of the times , if at all phone is ON also they doesnt answer the call properly , they doesn’t respond properly , It has been 37 days and still my jackets are not delivered , when i ask him the same ” he tells , where will your jackets go , i would deliver it” He took an advance of 5000 and when i ask back the advance , he tells it cannot be given back , I got the material , he tells many reasons like ” workers didn’t came to shop today , Leather is not available , your jacket is almost done just polishing left ” But still i didn’t receive . Iam a non-localoid , Am from Hyderabad working in Bangalore one of the MNC , this shop is in Commercial Street , Bangalore. I argued with him but no use , He tells your money is safe with , It is a Muslim Owned shop , The way he speak is very arrogant , Even for girls jacket also Guy only takes the measurement. Very worst experience.
