Roses And Gifts – False promise of product delivery and harrasment

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Mandi Himachal. rosesand gifts have option of delivering it to Mandi.When I called and asked about the status they said they did not received the full order detail. Now after following up so many times they said they cannot deliver it to that place as they dont have delivery option there. however it is a proper mandi address. My compliant is as following: – Why did they mention Mandi as delivery destination if they cannot deliver at Proper Mandi town? – They took full payment in advance and did not send any detailed order confirmation. Why? – They asked for full order details when I called them. They did not ask me for missing details themselves. – They said to me, the people are asking for more money for delivery.This is not the reason they should be giving me. It is not my headache it is there business deal, I already paid them. My order id is : RAG/070116/85822 I have all the recorded calls, emails, snap shots regarding order. Please help.
