Gifts2Grab – Received faulty product.

I ordered Samsung earphones last week. Got them delivered yesterday. After unpacking them and checking about the sound clarity, I was shocked as one of the earphone isnt working. I have mailed gifts2grab, Texted them on WhatsApp, called their customer regularly but there is no response from their side. This is a very bad thing that they are not unable to take the replacement order. Poor service gufts2grab. Could you do anything?
