I have booked a cab on 01-Jan-2015 with an advance amount of 2869/-.I got an email on that day stating that “Please note-Your booking is cancelled due to non availability of vehicle, advance paid will be refunded back to your account, we apologize for the inconvenience caused .”. But till date I do not get my money back. I called the customer care number but no one pick the call from their end.
