snapdeal – Money not Refunded

Sir,
This is my Order ID 10685284882. Under this I have purchase 2 item out of which one item (Transcent StoreJet 1 TB External Hard-disk) is cancelled by Snapdeal. For this I have already paid Rs.3605 (Through Debit Card). This order is Booked on 19th Dec, 2015, accepted delivery was 25-30 of Dec15 but the product was not deliver and reschedule to 1-5 Jan2016 and again product is not delivered to me. On 5th January snapdeal accepted my refund proposal but still they have not refunded money. It is my kind request to you to please take some action against snapdeal.
