I had ordered a jacket by mistake. I had left them an Email.
I didn’t get any response so I accepted the delivery as the website provides 3 days return policy.
The jacket was not how it was displayed.
I tried contacting them they said that the website clearly states change of colour. But the product I received was different in colour and pattern.
I feel cheated l, please take necessary action.
