I am writing this after 5 years of long period just in a hope that Mr Prem Sankar Gupta Deeksha Gupta and and his Daughter will give either plot or refund my money back in case they don’t offer plot. I am victim of OKD Group which is operated by Deeksha, Prem Sankar and family.

I paid them almost 9 lakh for the plot which I never got. I started refund process after 3 years in a hope that I will at least get my money back. I am doing a private job and hardly making my bread and butter. I invested my money in OKD in a hope that I will get a plot and will build a small home but these people (Mr Gupta, His wife & Daughters) have spoiled everything. Gupta and his family were all directors in OKD group but now Gupta has removed family members from the directorship to escape them from the legal process.
Gupta gave me a check for my refund but as usual process check was dishonored. I checked the account with bank and found that this account has no transactions for a long time and there is no hope to get the money. He is doing Fraud at every step and I don’t know why he is still outside the Jail. There are so many cases pending against him and one more will be added in the list in couple of days from my side. Only 2.5 lakhs are pending to settle my account (Without interest) and these people have made my life like hell. Please Please Please let me know if you have any information at all to contact Mr Gupta
Gupta has changed al his contacts numbers and he is not available at home also. There is no hope to meet him and if any of you know about him then please let me know so that I can meet him to request my money back.
Please help me to get my money back. I am in need of this money due to medical umergency. I am suffering from high mental presure as I have taken money for my need based on Gupta’s promises but now I am trapped.
