My Name is A.RAJAMANI, 3/210, Vanniyaparaipatti, Periyakottai post, Dindigul-624306. I temporarely residing at District collectorate opposite, Nagapattinam District.
Yesterday (6.1.2016 time 9.00pm) i was searching nearest ATM. At the time IOB bank ATM is located at Nagore. I input my ATM Card there is no response and card is not return back. So i inform that nearest IOB Branch, Nagore, The Branch Manager said ” your card would broken so you will get new one”. i’m very suffered for our banks inconvenience response.
I complaint against the IOB bank for the worst of service. Complaint details as follows.
1) Remove the particular ATM machine without new specialty (fully blocked categories.)
2) I was suffered mind and money, ATM card and loss of anything. so the Court ordered against the particular IOB bank for the inconvenience service for me for compensate Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only)
3) So pleased to pledge the ordered against the IOB bank.
